I had incisional double eyelid surgery several years ago. The crease and scar were extremely, extremely, extremely satisfying and natural, but the left side had almost completely loosened after just one year, so I had a revision. The revision was also satisfying, but now, two years later, the center line has become faint again.. I won't have surgery again, but it keeps loosening and isn't clear, so I'm a bit dissatisfied.
