I thought the claim that they were kind was just marketing, but it wasn't. Everyone was genuinely kind^^ I had my consultation with a doll-like consultant, and maybe because the place I had consulted before was the worst:)....?? it felt much more professional, which I liked. The most important consultation with the doctor was also truly kind and realistic, which I appreciated! When I asked, can it really improve this much....? they honestly said, that's hard....but it can reasonably get this far... something like that haha. After the consultation I thought I might want to wait a bit longer and do the surgery later, so I will do the surgery later!
