Both the director and the chief coordinator were so kind, so I could ask the questions I had prepared comfortably. The director was also very confident. They said my case was not that difficult and that it would be a 100 percent success. However, there was an offer to reserve with a same-day discount deposit. I am going to think more about whether to do it here or not.
