Dream Clinic Review

When I went for consultation for double eyelid revision and my first nose surgery, I focused more on my eyes than my nose, and since this doctor was famous for being good with eyes, I chose Dream. In fact, I am not very satisfied with either, so I am looking into revision surgery. The consultation was not very detailed either. It just ended quickly with things like what materials would be used, or this kind of line would be better. The waiting time was much longer. Still, at least the eyes came out somewhat similar to the line I wanted, but there is a strong feeling of an unnaturally deep fixation point and a pinched look, so it feels unnatural. For the nose, when I met the director before surgery, I understand they usually do a final pen design, but there was no design process and nothing particularly special was said, so I felt uneasy going into the operating room. We had planned to do a straight nose, but it ended up as an overly high, curved bridge.. Leaving aside the height, it did not suit my face at all. I have a short nose, so they decided to lower the columella, but they lowered it too much, making my midface look longer and giving me a hooked nose. Before even a month passed, the columella started to bend, and when I finally went in at the 6 month follow-up, they performed a simple operation to correct the bent columella with a closed approach, lower the tip a bit, and raise the columella a bit, but even when I looked in the mirror in the recovery room right after surgery, the columella was not completely corrected, and in the end it bent again. Maybe they did not bring the columella in enough, because it sagged, making the midface still look long and the nose look hooked, and overall the nose droops downward so it is not pretty.
