The front desk staff and the consultation coordinator were all kind, so it was nice that I could ask anything comfortably. The doctor was kind too, and when I consulted about my nose, he did not take a CT scan, but he drew a picture of the nose and explained the consultation in quite a detailed way, telling me in detail what materials would be used in which areas for my nose. He recommended only the surgeries that were appropriate for my eyes, and there was no over-treatment at all. He led the consultation in such a relaxed atmosphere that I was able to speak comfortably the whole time, which I liked.
