The nose I had surgery on only a year ago started to feel a pointed piece of cartilage at the tip, and the tip began showing white, so I looked into it because it was called one of the big three revision surgery clinics. The director and manager were so kind, and the director answered well without seeming annoyed. However, this place mainly handles nose removal, and they said they don't use before-and-after photos, so it was hard to roughly picture what I would look like if I had surgery here. They said they don't use them because most cases involve removal and returning to your own nose, so pretty photos can't really show that, but for someone like me who wants reconstruction, seeing before-and-after photos and judging whether the doctor's aesthetic sense matches what I want is important, and that part was disappointing. Still, the price was reasonable and they explained it like it was an easy surgery, which reassured me, and above all, the aftercare seems solid, so I trust them.
