I had my hump nose smoothed without implants and had surgery with ear cartilage and septal cartilage from Director Cha Myung-gyu, and I'm satisfied. However, it's a little sharper and more glamorous than I had imagined, so if you want a natural look, you'll probably need to say that clearly.
