I went when I was 16, did not look anything up, and just went and had it done. It was done by a young doctor with little experience, and the result was satisfactory. I remember it was an event price with incision, fat removal, and eye correction, plus student discount and so on. It seems to have been a factory-style clinic. The doctor who did mine is no longer there..
