Compared to before, my face shape has definitely become more refined, but every time I look in the mirror I still feel like I want to shave down my cheekbones more. Even in photos taken with the iPhone, my cheekbones stand out, and when I look in the mirror too, it seems asymmetrical.. Since this is not shaving the bone completely but moving it inward after osteotomy, the effect is not that dramatic.. Honestly, I think it would be much more effective to spend a little more and get 3D or go all the way with a two-type contour surgery.
