The doctors were kind, but the prices are extremely high. What stood out most was that the consultation manager kept recommending a lot of procedures (a young consultation manager). I felt like she was constantly trying to outmaneuver me. It was a procedure I already knew well, but from the perspective of the person receiving treatment, I strongly felt that she was not considering that and was simply trying to push extra procedures. The other staff members were kind, so I gave it 3 stars in the end.
The good part was that, except for that young consultation staff member, everyone was very kind, and above all, the treatment by the head doctor Kim Hee-jin was excellent. The other doctors were not bad either, but as the head doctor, Kim Hee-jin looked after things from the patient's point of view and was highly skilled. It did not feel like they were doing it carelessly.
However, the procedure was not as effective as I had hoped. I think the results would have been different if I had received treatment from the head doctor three times. (The other doctors were good too.) It was disappointing that I could not choose the doctor. It is not that there was a problem with the other doctor's skill, but I still think it would have been more effective if I had received the procedure from the same doctor, because then it would have been more consistent.
