When I first went in, it felt a bit like a neighborhood clinic. They said they would proceed with sedation anesthesia, and that they would not even do a separate blood test. Of course, I guess that is because the sedation time is short, but anyway they said they would keep the sedation short and use local anesthesia while opening and closing the eyes to adjust the line further. Because there was little fat in the eyelids, they also recommended fat grafting, but I was wondering whether grafting is really necessary. The doctor said that doing it would definitely make the eyes look prettier, so I am still thinking about it.. I guess I need to visit more consultations.
