It was my first consultation, and I met with the director for about 20 minutes. He answered my questions kindly and also did a virtual plastic surgery simulation. The manager was kind too. But after looking at the simulated nose line and the noses of the patients/managers, I realized it wasn't the line I wanted, so I passed. Overall it was extremely high and sharp.
