The practitioner who does the procedure changes every time I go, and it feels like the textbook definition of a factory-style clinic. But since it's a laser procedure, the machine they have matters more than the doctor's technique, so that's fine. They use the Apogee Plus machine, and the price is cheaper than private dermatology clinics because it is a factory-style clinic, so that's okay. Still, the staff weren't that kind, and one older female staff member kept yanking the curtain open and shut while I was changing, which I really didn't like.
