Review of crooked nose, upturned nose / septal cartilage, ear cartilage

<First surgery><6 months after revision surgery><8 months after revision surgery><Most recent after revision surgery>It will already be almost 1 year next month since I had my nose revision surgery. Actually, after about half a year it is considered a stable period, but I am writing a review of how it has been ^_^ After my first surgery, the silicone implant was crooked, so my nose looked crooked, and because the silicone went all the way to the nasal tip, my nose looked upturned ㅜ I had it done 3 years ago, but I don't know if it was because they put the silicone all the way to the nasal tip or whatㅜ As time passed, it looked too upturned... and I started to dislike how it looked. So for the revision, the silicone was replaced, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. The director shaped my nasal tip to look as natural as possible. A lot of people say that for revision surgery, it is better to observe for up to a year~ so I thought, let's take good care of it until one year! I think I lived very carefully.

1. First surgery In 2019, I had open rhinoplasty using ear cartilage + silicone! I found this out during my consultation at the clinic, but my nose itself was not crooked. The silicone was crooked, so my nose looked crooked, and because the silicone went all the way to the nasal tip, there was a side effect where the nose looked upturned ㅠㅠ

2. Revision surgery In February 2022, I had revision surgery with the director at the clinic! Because the nose itself was not crooked, he said it would be best to remove the silicone and use septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and raise the nasal tip as much as possible, so I proceeded according to the director's recommendation haha Actually, even when I share information, I tell people to use it only as a reference because each person's internal nasal structure and case are different. I think the most accurate method is to have a consultation and checkup with a specialist director! When I had my revision consultation, the director's style was to recommend the method that suited me best from my current condition, rather than an excessive method, using the most optimal approach, so please only use this as a reference.
