I had heard rumors that the doctor was scary, but he explained things in a very kind way. He said my eyes were not the kind that should be cut, and that if the existing line were fixed and loosened as it was, the high pinched line would become lower. He also said releasing the adhesions would not be difficult for him, so I felt reassured. He opposed doing ptosis correction on only one side, saying that even if they look uneven, both sides should be done, otherwise the untreated side could look like sausage. He explained everything in detail while drawing diagrams. The manager was neat and concise, and I liked that she told me exactly the price and when the stitches would be removed and when to come back.
