The doctor was really kind and genuinely comforted the patient's feelings ... I had overly strong eye correction at another hospital, and they slightly loosened it here, which worked well. But since they were reopening the line that had already been incised, a small scar was unavoidable, though it is not to the point that it bothers me. Honestly, the staff do not seem especially warm, more indifferent than kind, but that is still better than staff at other hospitals with weirdly twisted personalities. The hospital facilities are not the newest either, but I do not think that has anything to do with the doctor's skill.
