I have a slightly long nose, a drooping nose tip, and a somewhat bulbous nose. I wanted only a slight correction rather than a dramatic change, and I didn’t want to use any implant or autologous cartilage, so I went in for a consultation at a place that does nose surgery with cartilage repositioning alone. Everyone was kind, and the doctor also gave a detailed consultation for over 30 minutes. There aren’t many reviews online, but from the actual before-and-after photos they showed me, there are a lot of them, and they’re booked solid with two surgeries a day. If they had said I also needed cartilage here, I was going to give up on nose surgery, but they said it would be enough without using it, so I made a reservation. But the earliest date is January haha
