They give a very clear yes or no during the consultation. I have a long, curved aquiline nose, and they said the long and curved part cannot be corrected, and that if the tip is lifted the nostrils will show more, so if I do not like that then surgery is not possible. They said it very firmly, and it killed my motivation for surgery. They take a side-profile photo and do virtual plastic surgery with Photoshop, and it seems they pursue an extremely subtle and natural line.
