It was my first nose surgery, and because my skin was thin and even filler would show through, I absolutely didn't want silicone.. So I looked mainly for places that use autologous dermis, went with The End, and now that more than a year has passed, I'm satisfied. Since my goal was to keep it natural from the start, it doesn't look like I had major surgery, and there are no side effects. Not recommended if you prefer a flashy nose. But if you want to correct flaws naturally, I recommend it.
