It was my first nose surgery, and my skin is thin enough that even filler shows through, so I absolutely did not want silicone inserted. So I looked mainly into places that do autologous dermis, and I had it done at D-End. More than a year later, I’m satisfied. Since my goal was always to keep it natural, it doesn’t look like I had major surgery, and I’ve had no side effects. If you prefer an elaborate, prominent nose, I wouldn’t recommend it. But if you want to improve your flaws naturally, I do recommend it.
