When I first went, they took a CT scan and I spoke with the coordinator. They showed me the nose shape I wanted and the nose shape that would suit my face, explained the surgery process, and discussed the areas that would need work while looking at my CT. Then the director came in. After feeling and looking at my nose, the director said that my nasal cartilage was quite weak and that if I wanted the nose shape I wanted, I would need autologous costal cartilage. I had about an hour of consultation, and I think I will probably get the surgery here.
