The doctor kindly listens to a lot of stories. Also, I was really glad that they palpated me and provided a nose simulation. It seems they use costal cartilage in most cases here, so I felt the price was higher than at other clinics. The counselor is average, but explains things in detail. If it is costal cartilage, the tip of the nose becomes hard, and for a first surgery I hesitate... And the doctor's reputation seems high, but I was disappointed that they are not a board-certified specialist in my view.
