My original nickname was Avatar because I did have a nasal bridge, but it spread out in a triangular shape like a pyramid, so I had nose surgery at Hong In-sik 5 years ago.
I had 3 mm silicone + nasal tip cartilage suturing, but maybe because it looked natural, everyone just thought I had gotten filler.
But as time gradually passed, I disliked the foreign-body sensation from the silicone, and because the starting point of my nasal bridge was too high, it was different from the nose line I wanted, so I wasn’t satisfied. On top of that, I disliked how wide it looked, but I didn’t do alar reduction because I was worried my nostrils might become uneven. Instead, when I smile, it looks like a droopy-tip nose, so I only notice the flawsㅠㅠ
So I’m debating whether I should have the silicone removed or just live with it.
