First of all, I liked that they spoke conservatively. I was worried about my chin, and they told me not to do it, and without any additional push they instead explained the risks and so on for my condition. Other than that, they are not the type to just explain everything on their own, but they do explain things well when asked, and the consultation fee is on the higher side, so I think it would be fine if you prepare a question list in advance.
