When I had the consultation with the doctor, they did not explain things very professionally or in detail, and it felt like they were just telling me to trust them. But the fact that they were a Seoul National University professor somehow made me trust them, so I went ahead with surgery here. For one thing, everyone I met said my cheekbones had come in. But they also said my face looked flat. The lateral width did not really decrease, so the side cheekbones were my concern, but that did not improve much. I do have some cheek sagging, which is expected. Since the base/supporting structure became smaller, fat cannot just stay exactly where it was, so I understand that. Still, the overall facial line looks smoother, so I am living with it and feeling fairly satisfied.
