I went for a consultation about revision nose surgery because it was said to be famous for natural-looking noses. First of all, for most of my questions they said you can only know once surgery starts. They said they do not use artificial materials or Gore-Tex, and that they always prioritize safety. Before surgery, you choose the nose shape you want and they prepare several silicone implants, then during surgery they put you to sleep for only 10 minutes, wake you up, and let you choose the implant shape yourself by looking at it directly. I liked that part, but since they said even they cannot predict the shape after surgery, I was anxious. The consultation manager was fairly kind.
