I went there planning to do only the back canthoplasty, but I was advised to also get eye correction, so I did both. Looking back now, 3 years later, I think the doctor was not giving that advice for no reason. The back canthoplasty did not make a huge difference, so I am not sure, but I am glad I definitely did the eye correction.
