First surgery! This is the cost for raising the tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, plus columella correction and nasolabial angle correction. I really liked the consultation with the doctor, but the cost felt like they were just calling out a price with no fixed standard, even if it is up to the manager's discretion. For a first surgery that only does the tip with septal cartilage, 4.2 million seems a bit steep But the consultation with the doctor was truly the best. This is the first time someone has looked so thoroughly and for so long.
