I know hospitals are in high season these days, and maybe because of that the director looked very tired... The consultation only explained things at the level of information I had learned while researching hospitals myself, so my trust went down a little. I wanted to understand specifically why my nose had become the way it is now, but it felt like I did not get a clear answer... I had a preferred style and wanted to adjust it through consultation with the director, but the atmosphere made it feel like I should not ask questions I left without being able to ask all the questions I had prepared, so compared with the time I waited, it was a disappointing consultation. For now I am thinking about whether to put it on my reconsultation list.
