When I looked at the nose reviews here, the line looked beautiful and I was attracted by the one-doctor system, so I went for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty! I already had a wide nose and a dorsal hump... I had nose surgery at a big hospital before, but there was no change and it was the kind of result that did not look obvious. So this time I told the Mighty director that I wanted to make the nose slimmer and remove the hump while making it more defined, and after looking at the CT scan, they explained very carefully from the cause to how it could be improved. They explained each material one by one, and said that if I wanted the exact look I had in mind, autologous costal cartilage would be best. Because the director handled most of the consultation, I liked being able to talk through all my surgical concerns directly with them. Their aesthetic sense also seemed to match mine well. The manager who handled the consultation did not pressure me either, so I have already decided on this place!
