It does take a bit longer than I expected for the swelling to go down, but I'm thinking about getting it once I leave my job.. If your square jaw is really severe, this seems like a surgery worth considering! The consultation at the hospital was mainly with the director, and while looking at ultrasound images, he explained things like how to correct facial asymmetry. I was also told what should be done and similar things. Masseter reduction surgery also seems to last much longer than Botox, and if conditions allow, I'd want it right away. It's a shame I couldn't book it immediately.. I heard it's done under sedation anesthesia
