There were tons of pay doctors. If at all possible, don't go. I don't know what the chief director is like, but there are so many pay doctors under him, so if you can, go only to the chief director. The consultation manager introduced a pay doctor here, and I ended up botching my eyes, so I had to get revision surgery three times. Seriously, don't go.
