Because my nose had no definition overall and looked blunt, I decided to get nose surgery. I wanted something with a moderate amount of height and a refined feel that would suit my image, rather than an extremely thin nose, and D-Day really matched that need well. The director really looked not just at the shape of my nose, but at the overall impression and even my proportions. Also, I preferred donor rib cartilage over autologous rib cartilage because of cost and because of scars and pain, and the director seemed to know how to handle rib cartilage well, so it matched exactly what I wanted. That was how I ended up having the surgery, and there are many places that are busy or factory-like where it is hard to see the director for follow-up checks or aftercare once the surgery is done, but here the director personally handled everything. As the swelling went down, the result came out exactly as designed without being excessive, so I am very satisfied. If I ever want to do my eyes later, I plan to do it here lolololol
