While going through the manager before getting a consultation with Director Kim, there was quite a bit of waiting time. The director is very gentle and kindly answered all my questions. Nothing felt pushy like, just do this too, so I felt reassured. The manager did try to steer me toward booking on the same day, but I recommend not rushing and listening calmly and with some breathing room.
