Until I got to consult with Director Kim, there was quite a bit of waiting while going through the office manager. The doctor was very gentle and answered all my questions kindly. It didn’t feel like they were pushing me into doing anything, so I felt reassured. The office manager talked about trying to get me to book that day, but I recommend not rushing and listening at your own pace.
