I got my nose done for the first time and it went badly, so I had revision surgery, but it still went badly, so I took the silicone out entirely. If only I had just done the tip from the start, it would have been fine, but they kept insisting I do the bridge too, and the bridge turned out completely strange lol. Because of this place, I do not want to get nose surgery ever again.
