I only had a consultation, so I don't know yet what the actual surgery is like, but the director seemed skilled, and the manager also handled the consultation kindly. The director's consultation felt like it was spent with the director's opinions as the main focus rather than my own thoughts (not forcing me, just because the director is the expert).
