I went planning to consult and get a procedure right away, but I never got to meet the doctor. The consultation director did not know anything about the procedure. I asked a few basic questions, and they said they did not know, then did not consult me and instead recommended plastic surgery. I even took half a day off for this, and it felt like a waste of time. I had made a reservation, but I waited over an hour. I thought I might at least get a doctor consultation, but they said they had no cases because they had not done the procedure in the meantime, so I gave up. Then I asked what skin treatment would be good, and they recommended something that did not suit me at all. If you go in not knowing anything, it is a perfect setup to spend money and regret it. The consultation director knows nothing at all. I feel like teaching them myself. They took photos with a skin device, but did not show them because it was not connected to the consultation room. Then why take them in the first place? Honestly, the worst. Do not come here.
