I do not know if they really see the patient as a person. They ruined my face because of their own mistake, yet they are not thinking about taking responsibility, and this is a hospital that threatens to file a damages lawsuit if I do not take down the review. The thing I regret most in my life is trusting this director with my face. They ruined it so badly that even facial reconstruction would be impossible.
