I had surgery with septal cartilage placed in my nose, and it’s been about a year and a half. My nose is also blocked, the smell inside my nose is strange, and it feels like the nasal cartilage has collapsed. Please recommend a clinic, including the cost. Every single day has been frustrating. In the early days after surgery, it was really pretty, but haha.... Please help me.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
