Yesterday I had ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery together, but from the consultation this hospital just rushed through everything and had a really strong factory-like feel. The double eyelid surgeon was kind, but the manager was busy, sob sobㅜㅜ~ On the day of surgery there were so many patients that a three- to four-hour wait seemed standard. I had to fast for 6 hours and was originally supposed to go by 1, so I hadn’t eaten anything since 6, but I waited until 5??ㅎㅎ I was so irritated I felt like I was going to dieㅜㅜ Upset and hungry, I basically had surgery as if I had passed out. Still, I think the surgery itself went well, but I’m not sure yet because it’s very swollen. I think I’ll know once the swelling goes down. For now, the manager’s tone was kind, but she was busy with work, so it felt like she couldn’t really listen to patients, and I whispered. The people at the counter doing reception??? How should I put it, they just didn’t open their ears. I don’t even know how many times I heard “Please wait a moment, please wait a moment, please wait a moment, please wait a moment?” ㅜㅜ I know they’re busy, but I felt disappointed and wished they would pay a bit more attention. I hope the swelling goes down quickly
