After <after surgery> Before <before surgery> Hello I’m leaving a review of my double eyelid revision surgery :)
Because it was revision surgery, I really went around to many consultations, and reading lots of reviews helped me, so I’m here to leave a review in hopes that it will help others too!
Previously, I had a burdensomely high line, and the swelling would not go down, so the sausage-like line continued for years, which caused me a lot of stress. Because I wanted to hide it, I wore heavy makeup, which made my impression look strong, and I didn’t like it, so I started looking into double eyelid revision surgery. I was also concerned about my double chin and round cheek fat, so I decided to get facial liposuction together to reduce swelling as well.
Last October, I thought I should do it when I had made up my mind, so I went here and there for consultations, and I had surgery with Director Kim Do-hoon, who has a good reputation as an eye specialist!
There are tons of plastic surgery reviews on apps, but since I needed a reliable hospital that would suit my eyes and help me avoid failure because it was revision surgery, I went to 5 places, and I had heard before that Director Kim Do-hoon specialized in eye surgery, so I looked up reviews and liked all the eyes he had operated on, so I chose him. To be honest, I wasn’t 100% certain before going, but the consultant and the director were kind yet confident in what they said, and they understood the unnatural line I wanted to improve. They also seemed like they would be meticulous about aftercare, noticed all the parts that were stressing me out, explained specifically how they would improve it naturally, drew the line for me, and gave me a good consultation, so I decided to have surgery right away without considering other places!
They explained in detail what kind of eyes I wanted and what line would suit my eyes, asked whether I had a desired line, and told me clearly that doing it this way would look prettier, while doing it that way might not look good!!
I went to consultations at other places too, but after visiting, I just decided in my heart that I should have surgery here!!!
Also, there are many places that don’t pay close attention right after surgery, but they provided good postoperative care, and in between, they told me things like what would be good to do at certain weeks, so the aftercare is really good!
I had surgery on October 31, and although it was revision surgery, I now have the natural line and eyes I wanted. My jawline has also been neatly contoured, so when I take photos from the side, I don’t worry about fat folding under my chin, and I feel like I’m living for taking selfies!! I’m so satisfied now, and I’m even more satisfied because this plastic surgery clinic asks in detail whether there is anything uncomfortable and takes care of me!
