I was thinking about getting a revision with autologous costal cartilage. There are not many places worth leaving a review for, but I will write about this one first.... Since it was a revision, I wanted a surgeon who would make the nose clean and neat, someone who had a bit of stubbornness but communicated well. I had been told to be careful of people who say, “I will just match everything to the patient and do whatever you want” with no personal judgment of their own lol.
In reality, the doctors I went to had fairly strong opinions, and that seemed to be the case in a subtle way too .. To talk a bit about the quote, it was insanely expensive, but I liked the feeling that they were listening to me and building it together with me. I am from outside the city, so it is true that I could not visit many hospitals, and maybe someone else could judge more accurately than I could, but what I felt was that they had their own judgment and aesthetic sense and were trying to make a nose for the patient?? I am sure they would not make a nose that just lifts the tip using autologous costal cartilage lol
When you have surgery in the provinces, all kinds of things happen anyway... So even though it was the most expensive among the places I got quotes from, I am going to think about it a bit because the nose is clean and pretty. I do not think the other places were cheap either, but then I would rather go with the person whose explanation is the most thorough and whose aesthetic I like~~
