I had my second nose surgery and eye surgery last year. The eye is okay enough, but when I asked them to remove all the fat, they said that from their judgment, if they removed everything it would not look good, so they did not remove it all.. That part is fine, but the nose is really.. my nostrils are uneven and from the front it does not look very pretty. But from the side it looks fine, so I am going crazy. It seems like the doctor here is good at making the side profile look good...
