The staff were all so kind, and they even gave me a stuffed doll to hold when it hurt. Most importantly, the director explained the procedure in great detail and tailored it to my needs. There is no factory-line sloppiness, so I have been going for 2 years, and the effect was much better than when I had Shurink done at another clinic!
