I already had nose surgery once about 10 years ago for a short, bulbous nose, but my nostril wings and overall nose still have that chunky, bulbous feel. I’m thinking about revision surgery.. Has anyone had successful bulbous nose surgery? When I looked at another community, everyone only took side-view photos, and I feel like I’ve never seen front-view photos. Even when there were front-view photos, they were only photos that looked like they were taken with an app… Can a bulbous nose also become a pretty nose… ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
