I already had nose surgery once about 10 years ago for a short, bulbous nose, but my nostril wings and overall nose still have that chunky, bulbous feel. I’m thinking about revision surgery.. Has anyone had successful bulbous nose surgery? When I looked at another community, everyone only took side-view photos, and I feel like I’ve never seen front-view photos.
