I was only going to put in cartilage, but the doctor said it would be better to add silicone too, so I added it. But it became too high and looked like a man’s nose. I originally wanted a beoseon-style nose, so I removed only the silicone. It definitely got better than before, but my nose looked too long, so I had no choice but to remove the nasal tip too. Still, the doctor had a good character, so when I had the revision surgery, he barely charged me. And I had the revision because I didn’t like the design; the surgery itself had gone well without side effects
