The doctor, manager, and front desk staff were all kind, and the atmosphere was comfortable. But I have a hooked nose and a high bridge, like a Western face, so I wanted to reduce it as much as possible. The doctor suggested shaving down the bridge only minimally, just enough that osteotomy would not be necessary, and lifting the tip with ear cartilage, so I ruled it out... My current tip is already natural, and it is still high enough that it does not look like someone who had surgery. If it were lifted more, even if the hump disappeared, I felt like the nose would get too big.. The doctor said it would not look bigger at all, but I do not think so ^_^
