The doctor, the director, and the front desk staff were all kind, and the atmosphere was comfortable. But I have a hump nose and a nose bridge that is also high, so I wanted to make my nose as small as possible. The doctor suggested minimizing the hump with osteotomy only to the extent that bone cutting was necessary, and raising the tip with ear cartilage, but I left out the tip part... My nose tip is already natural, yet it is as high as someone who has had surgery, and if I raise it any more... even if the hump disappears, I felt like my nose would become way too big. The doctor said it wouldn't get bigger at all even if raised, but I don't think so^_^
