First of all, the doctor is not especially warm in tone. They did not shape the line very much either. Still, they answered my questions well and were professional, which I liked. The consultation coordinator was not especially friendly either, but it just felt like there was no excessive friendliness, not that they were rude. For some reason I was drawn to this place, so I made a reservation here. I am not someone who places a lot of weight on consultation friendliness, so it was fine for me, but if that matters a lot to you, you might not like it much.
